Stewards of Children

Stewards of Children is a program designed to train adults in the community, especially teachers, clergy, and those who work with kids to respond to and prevent child sexual abuse. An estimated 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys are sexually abused before they reach adulthood. [1] The Stewards of Children program works to combat this reality and provide changes in the community that prevent child sexual abuse. This two hour training program is led by one of CAPA’s specially certified facilitators. The training can be taken in one sitting or in two sessions. The only cost for this training is the fee to cover the cost of the Stewards of Children workbook.
